Imogene Witch has a reputation as a kindly yet eccentric local sorceress. Her experiments with spells and potions are as well known as her cackling, toothy grin and long nose. At two feet tall with a hand-painted expression of delight, Imogene is the perfect handcrafted centerpiece to a unique Halloween haunted house, a Joe Spencer Gathered Traditions collection, or a witch-themed display.
